Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Outreach Security Service (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Outreach Security Service provides security-related services including but not limited to manned guarding, mobile patrols, CCTV monitoring, and event security. The scope, schedule, and fees will be detailed in a separate service agreement or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

    • The Client must provide accurate information and cooperate with us to ensure the effective delivery of services.

    • The Client must not interfere with our staff while they are performing their duties.

    • The Client agrees to provide safe working conditions for our personnel.

3. Payments and Fees

    • All fees will be specified in the service agreement and are due as outlined in the invoice.
    • Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
    • Any changes to service scope may result in additional fees.

4. Confidentiality

Outreach Security Service agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained while providing services. Similarly, the Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information related to the Company.

5. Liability and Insurance

    • Outreach Security Service carries appropriate insurance coverage.

    • We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power failures).

    • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

6. Service Termination

    • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as specified in the service contract.

    • The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms or unsafe conditions.

7. Staff Conduct

Our security personnel are trained professionals and are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully at all times. Any concerns regarding conduct should be reported immediately to management.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
